Terms and Conditions

(1)    This promotion is allowed for ATOM Commercial Prepaid SIM customers only.
(2)    “Pre Thingyan Topup” Special Promotion will operate only during specified promotional periods (" Promotion Period") from 6th – April - 2026 to 10th – April - 2026. These periods are subject to change and will be announced on ATOM Store Application (“Application”), social media platforms, and other communication channels as deemed appropriate by ATOM.
(3)    The following categories of persons  are not eligible to win  Price in this Lucky Draw program (“Non-Eligible Participants”): 
a.    any employees of ATOM, including employees on full-time, part-time, permanent, or temporary arrangements. 
b.    any service providers to ATOM or business partners of ATOM, as well as employees of such; or
c.    any parties involved in sale or distribution of any ATOM products or services, as well as employees of such.
d.    ATOM shall have the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any Participants, including after a Participant has won a  Prize. Any  Prize won by a Non-Eligible Participant shall be retained by ATOM and disposed of at ATOM’s sole discretion.
(4)    During the   Promotion Period, ATOM Prepaid Customers are required to Top-up a minimum of 3000 Ks or above in a single day, using any preferred amount or method. Only participants who meet this criterion will qualify for the ATOM “Pre Thingyan Topup” Promotion lucky draw. (Multiple top-ups in a single day are allowed throughout the promotion period.)
(5)    The   Promotion Period is start from 6th - April - 2026 to 10th – April - 2026, with 2 (two) lucky winners will be selected per day (10 (ten) winners in total) through random draws. ATOM  reserves the right to extend the  Campaign  Period at any time.
(6)    Purchases of packages or services other than top-ups are not eligible for this  Promotion.
(7)    During the  Promotion Period, ATOM will award “Samsung Galaxy A26” to 2 (two) lucky winners selected from those who topped up their balance during the  Promotion Period. Winners will be chosen after the  Promotion Period concludes, based on each individual day of the  Promotion. A total of 10 (ten) winners will be selected randomly. (Please note: ATOM will not substitute  the Prize under this Promotion with any other items or cash under any circumstances.) Winners of the lucky draw are responsible for paying all applicable commercial taxes or any other taxes as required by the applicable law.
(8)    The Samsung Galaxy A26  Prize will be subject to the terms and conditions of Samsung Myanmar. In any disputes or issues arises out of Samsung Galaxy A26 including warranties, expiration, gratuities, or maintenance, as these are between Samsung Myanmar (manufacturing company) and  winners, ATOM  shall not take any responsibility to the winners.
(9)    During the  Promotion Period, ATOM  will randomly select 10 (ten) winners in total, with 2 (two) winners chosen each day. Winners will be contacted by ATOM via the Call Center phone number 09-750097500 either during or after the Promotion Campaign Period.
(10)    ATOM will attempt to contact the winners up to  3 (three) times. If the relevant phone calls are not answered, not pick up the phone call or although the phone calls are received, winners are not answering or refuse to answer in relation to the Prizes, ATOM reserves the right to cancel the Prizes and select alternative winners. 
(11)    A winner can only be awarded once during the Promotion Period. Any prize winners who have already been selected will be excluded from subsequent similar draws under this Promotion.
(12)    Winners of the campaign agree to provide ATOM, with all necessary documents and personal information required for  Prize redemption. This includes, but is not limited to, the winner’s full name, National Registration Card (NRC), and current residential address. ATOM reserves the right to reject winners who are not providing the necessary information and documents under this clause. Prizes won through the campaign are non-transferable. ATOM will not deliver or transfer  Prizes to any alternative mobile number nominated by the winner;  Prizes are strictly associated with the winning ATOM mobile number only. Once all required information has been verified and accepted by ATOM, the prize will be dispatched according to the confirmed details. Delivery shall be completed within (14) fourteen business days following the successful verification process.
(13)    Pursuant to the Limitation of Liability of ATOM, ATOM shall not be held liable for the failure to deliver Prizes due to incorrect, incomplete, or changed delivery addresses, or any other insufficient information provided by winners or return the Prizes for any reason through the delivery service company. Furthermore, ATOM assumes no responsibility for Prizes that are lost or damaged during transit, or for the unavailability of stock. Unclaimable Prizes, in instances, where Prize delivery is hindered by circumstances beyond ATOM’s reasonable control, or if a winner is unable to collect their Prize from the designated ATOM office, ATOM reserves the right to handle the Prize at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, re-awarding the Prize to another winner or utilizing it in future promotional programs. ATOM will not have any responsibility for warranty, condition for winning Prizes.
(14)    ATOM also assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage or expenses arising in connection with the Lucky Draw, howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing, technical hardware or software breakdown, malfunctions or defects, failed, delayed or incorrect transactions, or lost or unavailable network connections, or any notice that is lost or misdirected and any situation which is beyond the control of ATOM which may affect any customer’s eligibility for the Lucky Draw.
(15)    The  Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered by ATOM. Winners can use Prizes, in an appropriate way, at its own decision, subject to the terms and conditions Where Prizes contain a specific date during which the  Prize should be accepted or utilized or used before the specific date, no requests for extensions or replacements or cash alternative whatsoever will be entertained.
(16)    By participating in the  Promotion, the  winners consent to  ATOM collecting, using, and processing personal data, including the user's mobile number, purchase history, and information related to their participation, solely for the purposes of administering the Campaign, awarding  Prizes, and communication related to the  Prizes. The winners agree to allow ATOM to record their voice in full or in part, and to share the last three digital of their mobile number and photos on ATOM’s social media or other media outlets and the winners must grant permission to ATOM for the broadcast and release under the purpose of the Campaign. Winners are not enjoying additional allowance for the purpose of this clause, except to the respective Prizes. 
(17)    Winners are not eligible to disclose any speech or written, which can deteriorate to the ATOM’ brand, logo or reputation.
(18)    In the event of any disputes or any matter which is not related under this Promotion,  the decision of ATOM regarding any aspect of the “Pre Thingyan Topup” Promotion is final and binding. ATOM can amend and change the terms and conditions of this Promotion. 
(19)    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Union of Myanmar, and all Participants (including the Winners) are deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Myanmar Courts.
(20)    These terms and conditions are available in both Myanmar and English. In the event of any discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.
